Jean-Pierre Montal released his first novel in 2015, Les années Foch (The Foch years), published by Pierre-Guillaume de Roux and is currently working on his second novel. He has also written a biography, Maurice Ronet – Les vies du Feu Follet (Maurice Ronet – The lives of the will-o’-the-wisp), published in 2013. Jean-Pierre Montal is the co-founder of the Rue Fromentin publishing house.
